This song is was composed while I was in the midst of working on my first cd. I just started playing with a fiqure on the piano, and came up with this blues. The Title came to be due to my agent at the time. He was always trying to get me to pay him 20% of my earnings. Of course he didn't get it, but his consistent request for 20% was becoming a drag, hence the title was born.
